Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Panorama City with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in California may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.

Panorama City is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Panorama City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Start off by saying that I will never enter this store again. I will make the drive to 99ranch on Sepulveda . My son dropped a plastic container after we bought it and we wanted to exchange it. Having Autistic kids , it happens sometimes and I asked if I could exchange. The lady before had said yes , no problem. Then my son went to give it to a lady and she rudely told him โwhatโ then sent her to another lady , her accent was very thick and broken English so my son couldnโt understand and she was getting irritated until I walked up. Then I told her I wanted to exchange and she told me I broke it . I asked for the manager and before I even said a word she was speaking in Tagalog (I know some since I work with people whoโve taught me) she called me names and was very rude and I didnโt let know I understood some. I asked if they can speak in English so I can understand and the manager just said โnoโ . After asking for corporate (because of the rudeness not because they refused the return โ the guy said there was none , no email no one but him. He gave me a phone number off his phone and said that was the owner . I then proceeded to return all the groceries I had bought. She told me โn

The delivery staff, particularly the girl with the short hair, provides excellent customer service! The Pancit was excellent! I recommend adding skewers, and their mini egg rolls.

โญโโโโ I visited Grill City on Thursday, June 4th between approximately 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM, and this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. The biggest issue was how my elderly grandmother was treated. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive toward her. When she had questions about the menu and our order, they didn't take the time to listen, clarify, or help her understand what she was asking. Instead, they seemed annoyed and rushed her through the interaction. Seeing an elderly customer treated with that level of disrespect was unacceptable and honestly made me angry. Basic courtesy and patience should be the minimum expectation, especially when assisting seniors. The customer service overall was terrible. Communication was poor from start to finish, and the employees seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Even though this was during a non-rush period between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM, we constantly felt rushed while ordering and trying to get assistance. There was no reason for the staff to be hurrying customers through their experience when the restaurant wasn't busy. Staff were inattentive and we repeatedly had to ask

A super wide variety of fresh produce (fruits and vegetables), dairy items, meat and seafood, grains and bread, canned goods. Asian condiments and spices, and beverages were also available. Service is 5 stars!

Itโs been a while since I last shopped here, I decided to try their deli (Grill City) and bought some snacks. I bought their combo#4 Liempo (pork belly) with Honey Garlic Chicken Leg and Thigh with rice, the garlic chicken was delicious, the pork belly was kinda dry, The service was friendly and professional. I wish they have fountain drinks instead of bottled soda or even free water (I tend to drink a lot) they have a few tables set up where you can dine-in. The Supermarket was clean and well kept. They sell a lot of Asian food snacks at reasonable prices.
